What we do….
RPWalter Consulting started by two Americans in 2018 as a technology consulting firm focusing on strategic sales and marketing and also consulting for early-stage companies to grow and find capital.
A lot has changed since then. In 2020 a US company reached out to us to help them solve a problem: One of their key employees wanted to move to the Netherlands at all costs, including if it meant leaving the company. We were able to solve the problem by hiring the employee as a consultant and then outsourcing them back to the company. Everyone was happy.
RPWalter, now a recognized sponsor for Dutch Highly Skilled Migrants, helps companies retain key employees and helps employees reach their goals of living abroad. We do this in a clear, straightforward process that is transparent to everyone involved.
